F2-E0 on a KitchenAid wall oven or range is a stuck-key fault: the control on the Whirlpool-family platform senses a touchpad button reading as held down, so it flags F2-E0 and stops taking input normally. On a KOSE oven it usually appears after steam or heat reaches the panel.
The control scans the touch membrane for presses. When a key shorts closed, the board reads a permanent press and cannot separate a real command from the fault, so it logs F2-E0. The heating side of the oven is usually fine; the fault lives in the membrane or its circuit.
We test the touchpad membrane and its ribbon to the control. A shorted membrane gets replaced; if the board's touch circuit is at fault, the control panel is the fix. We verify each key responds correctly before finishing.

- Power down at the breaker for a minute to clear a transient reading.
- Note whether one part of the panel is dead or over-responsive.
- Keep steam and moisture away from the panel.
- Have the model and serial ready for the correct membrane.
